ERP 1st Line Technical Support

Permanent Castle Donington £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Our end user client requires an ERP 1st Line Technical Support to join them on a permanent basis. In addition to supporting existing D365 system there are duties including development and upgrade work and new project involvement as experience and progression allows.

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Previous experience of providing technical ERPs.
  • Proactive approach – actively seek out areas for improvement and opportunities for automation of manual processes.
  • Previous experience of code deployment.
  • Used to working in a collaborative team.
  • Good written and verbal Communication.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor and maintain the Dynamics support queue and reduce existing ticket backlog.
  • Code deployment.
  • Performance monitoring.
  • Diagnose and resolve Dynamics problems and keep users updated on progress toward resolution.
  • Ensure that support issues they are assigned and resolutions are documented.
  • Regularly review support log to track performance and opportunities for improvement.
