Our end user client requires an ERP 1st Line Technical Support to join them on a permanent basis. In addition to supporting existing D365 system there are duties including development and upgrade work and new project involvement as experience and progression allows.
- Previous experience of providing technical ERPs.
- Proactive approach – actively seek out areas for improvement and opportunities for automation of manual processes.
- Previous experience of code deployment.
- Used to working in a collaborative team.
- Good written and verbal Communication.
- Monitor and maintain the Dynamics support queue and reduce existing ticket backlog.
- Code deployment.
- Performance monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve Dynamics problems and keep users updated on progress toward resolution.
- Ensure that support issues they are assigned and resolutions are documented.
- Regularly review support log to track performance and opportunities for improvement.
