NetSuite Administrator

Permanent London £50,000 - £52,000 + Benefits

Our end-user client is looking for a NetSuite Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining system processes and configurations to support our client’s finance and operations departments. You will be joining a growing team to meet the demand of the business. You will work closely with the Senior System Administrator and Salesforce Administrator to support users and roll out new functionality within the NetSuite and champion the use of NetSuite. This position is UK based and will be remote based with occasional office visits.

Key Skills & Experience:


  • 2+ years of related experience in NetSuite administration
  • Experience working with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Advanced Electronic Bank Payments (EBP) and Fixed Asset Management (FAM) essential
  • SuiteFlow experience is essential, SuiteScript knowledge would be advantageous (but not required)
  • Experience with creating Saved Searches and creating dashboards
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • Strong system administration skills with the ability to define processes and system set-up to support the business
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver projects on time and with a high level of quality
  • Software industry and related professional services experience a plus as is experience using Salesforce (but not required)

  • Administer, support and update NetSuite
  • Be the point of contact for user support requests
  • Assist with creating training material and carrying out user training
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and workflow processes
  • Address ad hoc requests as needed (monthly reporting, dashboards, etc.)
  • Managing access, roles and permissions
  • Implement and manage integrations with other systems
  • Support integration of external tools & Manage moving forward (Procurify, expensify etc.)
