IT Senior Helpdesk Analyst

Our End-User Client requires a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst on a permanent basis. You will provide effective and efficient support of the financial system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012), and integrations, to the client group companies in the UK and Europe.


The role is remote Monday, Tuesday and Friday with travel to the office in Paddington and London Bridge required on Wednesday and Thursdays.


Key Skills:


  • A good understanding of IT and Financial processes around GL, AP and AR
  • Broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics AX
  • Good Excel skills
  • Knowledge of core AX functionality (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of accounting (Desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player, able to communicate with peers and escalate where appropriate
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a problem-solving approach




  • Provide support to Omnicom’s growing AX2012 user base via the Service Now platform
  • Use knowledge of Dynamics AX to respond to users’ functional support requirements
  • Process AX user onboarding and offboarding in line with audit requirements
  • Work with developers to implement enhancements and bug fixes
  • Build and increase knowledge of Dynamics AX on a technical and functional level
  • Some involvement with agency on-boarding
  • Promote best practices and delivery of service of the highest quality
  • Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
  • Manage audit requirements
  • Assist with helpdesk related project work
  • Ongoing training and development of the helpdesk team
