Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a D365 CE Functional Consultant to work on a major digital transformation programme. This role can be completed remotely.
A strong Dynamics CE background and experience with D365 Sales and Service modules are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the business analysis and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Guiding the business analysis on how to optimally meet the business requirements with MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Service
- Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service capabilities
- Demonstrate broader Power Platform capabilities
- Helping refine target state business processes and user stories and completing a Fit/Gap analysis
- Detailing business process workflow, their stages, what fields will be presented and how, which fields will be mandatory, field validations etc.
- Detailing Form Configuration
- Detailing background system processes such as workflow and Power Automate
- Detailing Business Rules and Form Validation
- Ensuring the requisite level of definition is added to user stories in terms of business rules, data dictionaries, acceptance criteria
- Maintaining the data dictionary which will also guide the data migration
- Supporting delivery
- Supporting story clarification and estimation with the build team
- Support functional and user acceptance testers in understanding and testing the solution
Key Skills & Experience:
- Five years+ overall MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Service experience, including implementation experience with MS Dynamics CE Online
- Experience as an MS Dynamics Sales and Service consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering MS Dynamics Sales and Service
- MS Dynamics Sales and Service: Report writing, installation, configuration and customizations
- Experience with broader Power Platform capabilities including canvas apps and power automate
- Dynamics Sales and Service certification preferred
- Strong work ethic; Ability to work in a non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction
