Our client, a UK-based global end-user, is looking to hire a NetSuite Administrator to support the ongoing development of NetSuite and the integrated platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, deploying, supporting and improving systems that provide high-quality experiences for both internal stakeholders and their customers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of NetSuite customisations and data migration experience.
- Experience with integration ideally where Dell Boomi was used as the tool.
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript.
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
- Experience working within or alongside a finance team.
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
- Solid understanding of key financial business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Management, and Procure-to-Pay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues with a primary focus on NetSuite and Dell Boomi.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
- Actively identify issues and propose process improvements.
- Respond to incidents and assist with the daily administration of business systems.
- Develop, maintain and document current and future system process flows.
- Ensure business system implementations and changes are compliant.
- Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions.
- Design, configure and test detailed functional designs for business solution components.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
