Senior ERP Project Manager

Our client, a global partner, is looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join the business and assist in delivering successful NetSuite projects to their clients.

The successful candidate will need to have the experience and gravitas to lead our larger projects and programmes and bring strong knowledge and experience in project and programme management, core finance & business processes with direct experience in implementing ERP systems. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and delivering ERP projects with complex stakeholders.

NetSuite is currently the fastest-growing cloud-based ERP software globally and our client will provide full training on this system.

This would be a hybrid working role spending 1.5 days either in one of their offices around the UK or on client sites.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP systems, including having personally project-managed multiple implementations. Experience in both large and mid-market ERP deployments is required.  Wider PM experience (beyond ERP) is also useful
• A recognised project and/or programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, Prince2, Agile PM)
• Experience in shaping, leading, and developing a project and delivery management capability
• Experience working for a consultancy
• Demonstrable and excellent client and stakeholder skills
• Strong understanding of core finance and business processes from a systems and business point of view – e.g. procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, multi-company consolidation
• A solid understanding of at least one ERP or accounting system

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2:2.  A relevant subject (such as computer science or information systems) is preferred but not essential
• Recognised accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ATT, ACA, ACCA
• Other IT project/programme management experience
• Experience in managing third-party teams and vendors as part of an overall project
