We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruitment consultants within the NetSuite/Dynamics 365 teams. The Recruitment Resourcer will aid with the development of candidate relationships and the complete fulfilment of permanent and contract roles. The Recruitment Resourcer will have experience using Microsoft Office coupled with a target driven, competitive nature.

Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment consultants within the NetSuite/Dynamics 365 teams
- Support the recruiters in sourcing, developing, and maintaining relationships with candidates
- Become knowledgeable with the different areas across the ERP market place for both permanent and contract, IT Management positions – Directors/Managers/Interim, IT Consultants – Pre Sales/Change Management/Programme & Project (non-specific) and other associated positions within the ERP space
- Establish and promote at all times Catch as the recruitment agency of choice to candidates
- Ensure that information on the database is kept up to date
- Ensure that useful information relevant to other Catch consultants is recorded and shared
- Create Job Advertisements to the specified templates based on client/consultant job descriptions
- Manage and prioritise work in a professional, timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act/GDPR
Hours:
- 8:30 – 18:00 Monday – Thursday (4-day working week)
