Our Microsoft partner client are looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a permanent basis and help to lead implementations of D365 F&SCM for global end user businesses. This position is primarily remote, but will require occasional travel to client sites.

Key  Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager, with a strong background in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of D365 Finance & Operations or other relevant D365 modules.
• Strong track record of managing large-scale ERP projects in a client-facing role, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience with all stages of ERP implementation – from scoping and planning through to post-implementation support.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMP, or similar, with a focus on Agile project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in change management and guiding organizations through the adoption of new ERP systems.
• A certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant ERP certifications would be a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment with the flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 ERP programme delivery for clients, including project scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define project goals, and ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and third-party vendors, to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions.
• Ensure alignment between client business objectives and the D365 solution, guiding clients through change management and system adoption.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, while managing risks and issues that may arise during the project.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving potential obstacles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies, implementing best practices for ERP programme delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest D365 features and trends, proactively recommending new solutions or improvements to clients.
