D365 O2C Solution Architect

Our end user client is looking for an D365 O2C Solution Architect to deliver the O2C roadmap, enabling the business to effectively utilise information technology to support and grow the business. The role will be largely hybrid based with very occasional travel for meetings/workshops (approx. 10% of the time).

Key Skills & Experience:

• Knows Solution Architecture including requirements analysis, solution proposal, design and scaling of change.
• Has proven knowledge of solution and implementation experience for Order to Cash and project modules (3 years+) in Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009 and D365 ERP)
• Has an awareness of relevant 3rd party products and external packages to augment the above solutions and experience of designing functional changes, integrations, output documents and BI solutions for Order to Cash and Project modules.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for proposing solutions which are fit for purpose.
• Be accountable for the quality of delivery from third party suppliers and development organisations.
• Be responsible for handover of solutions to the support organisations and user community.
• Be responsible for handling 3rd line support requests coming from the support organisation.
• Be responsible to participate in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings and workshops.

Location: Hybrid – London/Remote
