Our global Microsoft D365 gold partner client is looking to appoint a D365 FSCM Pre Sales Consultant to join their busy and growing practice in the UK. This is a remote based position; however, candidates must be based in the UK and able to travel to client sites on an adhoc basis. You will be assisting the Sales Consultants in providing solutions, demonstrations and consultations with prospective new clients to the business.
This role would suit a Senior/Lead Dynamics SCM Consultant who is looking to progress their career. You will have already performed implementation consultant duties at a current, or former, Dynamics 365 Gold Partner and have experience in performing Pre-Sales duties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) can provide solutions to meet their requirements. You will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by delivering compelling presentations, crafting demonstrations, and assisting with proposals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, including customisation, configuration, and integration with Power Platform.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with clients across various industries.
- Ability to create compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform are key.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions using Dynamics 365 CE.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to gather client requirements and pain points.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with client objectives.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on the capabilities and benefits of Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
- Keep up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap for Dynamics 365 CE and related Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organisations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams with knowledge sharing and best practices.
