We are looking for experienced Enterprise Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 / D365 CRM / CE for an exciting contract opportunity. This is a 6-12-month role, where you will play a key role in the architectural design and strategy for a critical D365 CRM project. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. 

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale projects. 
• In-depth experience with D365 CE / D365 CRM, including defining, designing, and implementing solution architectures focused on CRM, case management, and customer services. 
• Proven expertise in end-to-end D365 CRM/CE implementations, including interfacing and integration. 
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Data Verse, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), .NET, and Azure. 
• Strong experience working with Independent Solution Vendors (ISVs) in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• High-end design and conceptual design. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and strategy for the D365 CRM project. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and innovative solutions. 
• Ensure the architectural approach aligns with the business objectives and technology roadmap. 
• Work within a Scrum environment to develop and deliver enterprise and data architecture solutions. 

Location: West Midlands, Hybrid
