Our Microsoft Partner Client are actively Seeking to appoint a D365 F&O Finance Systems Analyst to join their busy expanding practice. This person will act as the primary point of contact for the support manager and clients, when handling system issues, performing functional enhancements, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through continuous support. The role will be mainly remote based but then some travel to client site in London would be expected at times.

Key Skills & Experience:

•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance related roles, in particular related to Order to Cash.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with D365 F&O
• Experience with Microsoft CE systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of support capabilities, SLAs, principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to develop and execute support management strategies and plans.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-go-live functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related modules such as OTC and R2R, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients.
• Address client queries, troubleshoot functional issues, and resolve incidents efficiently, adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyse system performance, identify potential issues, and propose corrective actions to ensure optimal system functionality with the solution architects
• Perform functional testing of system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability before deployment to the client environment.
• Manage system configurations and write functional design documents in coordination with the solution architects for client’s change requests.
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation, including troubleshooting guides, configuration manuals, and FAQs.
• Escalate critical or complex issues to technical teams or Microsoft when needed, ensuring a coordinated response for timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless transitions during system enhancements, upgrades, or customizations.
• Monitor and improve support processes, ensuring continuous service improvement and knowledge transfer to both clients and internal teams resolving system queries.
• Maintain the comprehensive support frameworks, including processes for incident management, service request handling, and problem resolution.
