Our ambitious end user client is seeking to appoint a Dynamics 365 Project Manager to help lead their impending D365FO roll out programme. The position will require onsite travel on a weekly basis to the client’s office based close to Cardiff.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Prior implementation experience of D365 F&O.
• Understanding of AGILE/ Waterfall methodology principles
• Demonstrable project management experience in ERP enterprise project life cycle environment, including the management of planning, budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality.
• High proficiency in D365 F&O particularly in the finance and project accounting modules which include integration with other third-party applications.
• Proven track record of lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage formal project governance Project Plans, Communication Plans
• Manage the project team, project scope, project schedules, project risks/issues,
• Manage expectations that will ensure the project is delivered to the business on time, to cost and quality.
• Lead the project steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all parties including the Internal Project sponsors and 3^rd Party implementation partners.
• Be the subject matter expert for the application design, feature optimisation, scalability, user experience and visualisation
• Engage with stakeholders and provide best practice guidance in an effort to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and customer experience
• Help develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios that incorporate best practise, strong controls, and segregation of duties that ensure the in-system process will operate effectively with reduced manual intervention.
