Dynamics Functional Consultant (Polish speaker) – Dynamics D365, Finance System Support, Financial Procedures, Account Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounting Standards, Data Analysis, Excel Skills, Technical Support, Implementation, Polish Speaker UK – Europe – £50,000 (25 days holiday, Private Medical, Pension, Life insurance, PHI)

Our client requires a Dynamics Functional Consultant (Polish speaker) to join their Dynamics Team and provide effective and efficient support of their financial system and integrations to group companies in the UK and Europe.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum two years’ experience supporting a finance system, preferably Dynamics D365
• Graduate in an IT or Finance-related subject, or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of financial procedures and account reconciliations, especially Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Proficient in Dynamics D365 data structures, including creating queries for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of core processes and Dynamics D365 functionality
• Demonstrable experience in Dynamics D365
• Understanding of the technical capabilities of Dynamics D365
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong organisational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving approach
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to escalate issues when appropriate

Main Responsibilities:

• Support existing finance system implementations in the UK & Europe
• Assist with implementations of the finance system in Europe
• Manage support requests to ensure timely responses
• Respond to technical assistance requests
• Work with developers to implement changes and bug fixes
• Enhance knowledge of the finance system on both technical and functional levels
• Collaborate with AX implementation analysts to understand various business sectors
• Work closely with support analysts globally
• Promote best practices and deliver high-quality service
• Train and develop support analysts
• Assist the support team
• Represent the business professionally and positively at all times

Location: UK & Europe

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and Europe.
