Our client are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPM Project Manager to join their leading consultancy team in the Netherlands. As an EPM Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the successful implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various industries, helping clients optimize their business performance through innovative EPM solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing EPM projects, with hands-on experience in EPM tools such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion/Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or similar.
• Strong project management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of EPM processes, including budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EPM projects for clients, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to design, configure, and implement EPM solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Manage project resources and timelines, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when needed to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and use of EPM tools and processes.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes, striving for operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Location: Netherlands/ Rotterdam – Hybrid/Remote
