We are seeking a Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation, finance, and change management to join our clients talented and diverse team.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that large projects stay on track, from ideation to execution. You’ll bring energy and decisiveness to lead complex digital finance transformation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams of techies, business consultants, and financial specialists. Your ability to create structure, make timely decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations will be critical to achieving the results we promise.

Candidates must speak fluent Dutch & English

Key Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the financial sector, with a deep understanding of finance, systems, data, and information management.
• A financial or business degree at HBO or WO level.
• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, applying common methodologies, and using the appropriate resources to achieve results.
• You are commercially-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• You are decisive, flexible, and not afraid to take the initiative. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing interests.
• You can make tough decisions, manage stakeholders, and lead projects to successful completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead complex change projects, ensuring the optimal collaboration between clients and professionals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all objectives are met with high quality and within scope.
• Handle difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, while balancing the needs of all parties involved.
• Apply your knowledge of financial systems, data management, and digital finance to deliver practical, real-world solutions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential obstacles, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and clients, adjusting your approach as necessary.
• Take full responsibility for the success of the project and ensure goals are consistently achieved.
• Drive the development of our services and team, contributing to the continued growth

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands – Hybrid/Remote
