Our client, a large national end user manufacturing company, is looking to appoint an IT Director with Supply Chain experience. They are looking for someone who has led ERP transformation programs (D365 is preferred but not essential) within supply chain or manufacturing businesses. They are a $1-3billion revenue company, so this person will need to come from a similar size business.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Programme Director or similar level role
  • Background of leading ERP programmes within Supply chain or manufacturing Businesses
  • Experience working with Large-Scale ERP programmes
  • Previous experience successfully managing and leading major business change/transformation programmes in complex, global environments
  • Excellent knowledge of all elements of the project life cycle and awareness of the various project management methodologies
  • Broad knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Good understanding of soft skills involved in successful management of projects/programmes and team motivation
  • Delivery focused with the ability to work well under pressure and manage/prioritise workload of self and team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and manage diverse internal teams
  • Creative innovative solutions to business and enterprise
  • Leading enterprise-wide IT programs
  • Delivering “software as a service” solutions
  • Manage the Programme Leads and all programme elements to ensure that the overall goals, schedules, budget, and benefits of the programme will be met, and any variances are highlighted, and corrective action is taken
  • Manage/run the transformation programme steering committees
  • Using enterprise risk management framework knowledge to ensure current and new solutions mitigate risk
  • Lead/manage the Business Readiness/Change elements of the IT programmes
