Our client, an international EPM dedicated consultancy, are looking for a motivated Junior EPM Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to develop expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. You will work alongside experienced consultants to support clients in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using leading EPM technologies.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in financial planning, analytics, or enterprise software.
• Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting concepts.
• Interest in working with EPM technologies (e.g., Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, SAP BPC etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in EPM solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of EPM solutions for clients.
• Support business analysis and requirement gathering to understand client needs.
• Help develop financial models, reports, and dashboards within EPM platforms.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy in financial and operational reports.
• Work with senior consultants to troubleshoot and resolve EPM-related issues.
• Provide end-user training and support to enhance client adoption of EPM solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in EPM technology

Location: UK Hybrid/Remote – London

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
