PMO Coordinator – ERP PMO, PMO,D365 PMO, NetSuite, SAGE, JDE, JDEdwards, Oracle, Workday, Infor, SAP, Project Management, Project Manager, Project Management Officer, Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, D365 F&O, – €40,000 – €50,000 – Netherlands – €40,000-€50,000

Our leading partner are seeking a PMO Coordinator on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing organisation. Your main focus will be to bring more structure to the Portfolio Delivery function and establish a unified approach to delivery across the business. The ideal candidate will be client facing and have previous PMO experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working as a PMO- ideally working within a consultancy
• Have previous project management experience
• Previous/Current knowledge and exposure to ERP systems i.e. NetSuite, D365, SAP, SAGE, Oracle
• Excellent understanding of business, and customer, requirements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Have in-depth knowledge of project life cycle and change management practices
• Be experienced in MS Office to an advanced level
• Must be client facing

Main Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring project progress.
• Manage project documentation, including; project plans, minutes and reports.
• Support meetings, including preparing agendas and action lists.
• Keeping track of project deadlines and identifying deviations.
• Preparing and managing overviews, such as time sheets and budgets.

Location: Netherlands

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
