SAP Solution Architect – SAP SAC Lead, Head of SAP SAC, SAP SAC Developer, SAP SANA Lead, SAP SANA Manager, SAP Data Warehouse, HANA Studio, SAP BW, SAP Ecosystem Lead – Contract – W2  – $90-$120ph

Our client, a global Manufacturing company, require a SAP Solution Architect to join their team. This is a remote role with some occasional travel. The client would prefer applicants based within Texas.

You will become a trusted advisor and a bridge between business aspirations and technological realities. You will translate complex business objectives into efficient and scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 12 Years of IT Experience with expertise as a Solution Architect in SAP ecosystem, in ECC, S/4 HANA, Fiori
• Proven ability to deliver all types of critical projects, managing substantial revenues, flawless executions of strategies within defined budget, time and quality.
• Experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS products in SAP ecosystem
• Solutions-oriented IT professional who excels at managing projects, collaborating with project teams, interfacing with internal / external stakeholders, managing stakeholder engagement & communication, presenting solutions, and deploying appropriate technology to build successful SAP solutions and services.
• Proficient in performing reviews, assess solution approach, gain acceptance of solution, involving the stake holders, manage schedule of reviews, application development methodologies and ensuring right decisions are taken
• Understand Various S/4HANA integration points, MS Dynamics,  Workday, Concur, Solution Manager, Cloud Integration, Web Services, EDI / IDOCs and SAP Enable now.
• Expertise in leading large teams of diversely skilled professionals, across key functional areas in the IT service delivery, service management, incident management, SLA & audit requirements adherence
• Expertise in implementation project life-cycles including; blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
• Expertise in IT Delivery/Project management, IT Architecture, Agile (SAP Activate) & Waterfall Methodologies, and different application components
• Expertise in end-to-end business processes specially – PTP (Procurement to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), RTR (Records to Report) in ECC and S/4 HANA
• Strong business acumen. High-level leadership and mentoring ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient using Project Management tools and preparing and presenting appropriate status reports
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a mentor, coach, and provide guidance to technical and functional consultants by sharing business and technical expertise.
• Manage and Understand Technical & Functional architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems.
• Engage with End Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
• Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented
• Design new SAP solution extensions based on business requirements.
• Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP’s Solution Extensions
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans

Location: US (Texas) Remote
