Here at Catch I head up our US Desk and also manage the wider Microsoft Dynamics team. I’ve been here for more than 11 years now, progressing from a resourcer to consultant, senior consultant, and have led the Dynamics team for over 4 years now, including driving their expansion into the US market. My role is still very hands-on with clients, utilising my years of expertise to help with staffing their programmes, as well overseeing and guiding the more junior team members as they develop.

Outside of work my time these days is predominantly taken up by my daughter but when I’m not taxiing her to various activities I enjoy going to the gym, running, or really anything else that involves sport and being active. I’ve found that being a Man Utd fan is less fun as an adult than it was growing up in the 90s/00s!
